The design elements of
each Gaulzetti are based upon traditional Italian racing geometry
with regard to fit and function, but updated for the rigors of modern
racing conditions as well as for the ergonomic demands of contemporary
components. Gaulzetti Cicli produces a nimble, fast and balanced bicycle.
The frames are designed to excel under all potential race conditions,
especially technical courses where constant hard cornering and rapid
changes in tempo are encountered.
Years of experience on
the Belgian Kermesse circuit and a history of training and racing
on the poor roads of northern Europe and New England influence each
detail. The Gaulzetti Cicli geometry may not be the appropriate choirce for every cyclist,
but an athlete seeking a pure race bike need look no further for the
ideal bicycle.
Gaulzetti Frame Features
Made in USA

Gaulzetti Cicli bicycles are 100% fabricated in the United States by seasoned, professional frame builders who are at the top of their field for working with each material option we offer.
Oversized Premium Tubes

We work with the best tubing manufacturers in the world - Deda, Columbus, etc. - to produce our custom tube profiles that are optimized for performance. Oversized main tubes provide a front end with extreme lateral stiffness for sharp, predictable steering and confident descending manners. Oversized, tapered chain stays reduce bottom bracket deflection to a minimum while thin profile seat stays help smooth out the ride quality in the rear end of the bicycle.

Press Fit BB-30 Bottom Bracket Shell

BB30 cranks offer several advantages: BB30 cranks are, on average, stiffer than their standard 24mm crank spindle counterparts. The BB30 press fit BB shell offers the largest possible surface area for welding, thus allowing for the use of wider diameter main tubes and chain stays without necessitating deforming (ovalizing) the tubes to fit. The Press Fit version of BB30 offers all the advantages of a standard BB30 setup while providing a buffer between frame and bearing thus greatly reducing the possibility of frame damage and noise-causing bearing contamination. BB30 is also the only bottom bracket standard that can be modified to allow the use of all other crank and bb standards currently available on the market.
Integrated Seatmast

A merger of form and function, the integrated seatmast designs used on Gaulzetti bicycles provide a stable platform and direct connection from rider to bicycle frame. The ISP also eliminates the possibility of seat slippage especially common on rough or dirt roads.
